The quick scan is free and can be used for every letter. The full report costs € 7,95 per letter. The price includes 21% VAT (BTW). There is no subscription and no account. An invoice is sent by email after payment.

Payment
Payment is handled by Mollie. Accepted methods: iDEAL · credit and debit cards · Apple Pay · Bancontact · PayPal. DutchLetter never sees bank or card details. The report is delivered within about a minute after payment.
Refunds
The report is digital content that is produced for the customer immediately after payment. The customer agrees to immediate delivery at checkout and thereby gives up the 14-day right of withdrawal. If a report contains an error, support corrects it or refunds the payment. See the refund and complaint policy.
